Revive comparison pages are built around a repeatable decision matrix rather than arbitrary “best drug” rankings.

Comparison dimensions

DimensionWhat we examine
IndicationApproved and guideline-supported uses.
Mechanism/classWhether the products work through the same therapeutic pathway.
DosingTypical labeled strengths and schedules, without individualized prescribing.
Clinical outcomesRelevant trial or guideline evidence.
SafetyMajor contraindications, interactions, warnings and monitoring.
Practical factorsDuration, frequency, monitoring burden or food considerations where relevant.
CostOnly current, sourced and jurisdiction-labeled pricing.
Who may prefer whichFramed as discussion points, not personal prescribing.

Same intent, one page

Reversed wording such as “atorvastatin vs rosuvastatin” and “rosuvastatin vs atorvastatin” belongs on one canonical page. Different dose comparisons or different drug pairs may justify separate pages when the decision changes materially.

Country pages

Country-specific pages are created only when prescription rules, brand availability, public reimbursement, retail pricing or regulator guidance create genuinely different content. Mere geographic word substitution is not enough.
